how do i set up multiple columns for a single day

I currently work for a doctors office who has multiple doctors.  I would like
to know if there is a way to set up different columns ( one for each doctor )
for each day - so that we may use the outlook calendar to schedule patient
appointments.

Why not create one calendar for each doctor?
