Duplicates in Calandar

I have a new laptop and copied my Outlook and data on
laptop from PC. When i performed the first hotsink on my
Palm I got duplicate entries for most holidays,
appointments, and entries. How do I best delete the
duplicates other than manually?

I have a similar problem, and have been unable to find a solution. This post is over a month old; has anyone suggested a useful or workable solution?
