I have access to multiple calendars and they display on the navigation pane
as "calendar - mailbox - last name, first name".  When the calendar is
displayed on the right side, the title only shows "calendar".  How do you
rename so they ALL don't say "calendar"?  This could be very helpful if it
were easier to figure out who the calendar belonged to without having to
match colors.

I don't think that's possible.  But you can tell who the owner is because of
"Lastname, Firstname".
