When I schedule a meeting and invite my boss it shows the correct time on my
calendar but on his it appears as exactly one hour earlier.  When I go back
to my calendar it is still there at the correct time but when he is looking
at it at the same time I am looking at mine there is exactly one hour time
difference.  It doesn't matter what time or what type of meeting so far it
has continued to have this problem.  Can anyone offer a solution??

The most likely cause is a mismatch between the Windows clock's time
zone/DST settings and Outlook Calendar's time zone/DST settings on either
your machine or his.
