Problems with Delegate and meeting requests

I posted this in the General Oulook group as well hoping someone here
has seen this before.

I have a user that is a delegate for multiple managers and we are
having multiple problems in an opened calendar. Delegate is using XP OS

with Outlook 2003. System is Exchange 2003 with a Blackberry Server Ver

4.

1st one is when a meeting request is sent out by the delegate there are

some user names that are duplicated in the "To" field and when you
look at the schedule there are multiple accepted of these users. The
users that receive these meeting requests only get one request. If the
meeting needs to be changed and any of the duplicate user names is
removed the attendee then only gets a cancellation notice.

2nd When booking a meeting in the Managers calendar that the delegate
is viewing she will see duplicates of the same meeting at the same
time.

3rd When a re-occurring meeting is created and changes need to be made
to one meeting on occasion the rest of the series is dropped. I have
confirmed that she is opening only the occurrence and not the series
when making changes. We did turn off the auto archive setting today to
see if this will solve that problem.

If anyone has any ideas it would be appreciated.

Question: When the delegate sets up a meeting, is she inviting Contacts one
at a time or via Distribution lists?

She is inviting the users one at a time via the Global address list.
Originally she had been typing the name and auto fill would fill in the
users now I have her selecting them from the Global address list and we
still have the same results.
