I am scheduling stuff for other people and it is blocking my calendar as well
as if I am attending those meetings. Does anyone know how to be a scheduler
without it blocking their calendar as well?

Tell us a bit more please so we can provide an answer - what version of
Outlook?  Do you have Exchange server software?

I have Outlook 2003 SP2, it is on an exchange server (worldwide) for my
company.
