Is it possible somehow to use an "Agenda" view in the Outlook Calendar, like
the one on a Pocket PC?

Outlook Today might suit you. Click on the root folder of your Personal
Foldes File.

Thanks. I am aware of this.  However, it would be nice to have the schedule
compresed, i.e. Pocket PC's "Agenda" view, so you can see the entire day
without the unused appointments taking up so much vertical space.  Easy to
miss appointments unless you make a point of scrolling up and down on each
day you look at.  Probably will never be an option, but would sure be nice...

I think you can customize Outlook Today. I may be wrong, but there
should be an HTML file which you can change to change your layout of
Today. Let's see what MVPs have to say.
