Outlook 2003 - recall an appointment

Sorry for any cross-post, but in Outlook 2003, can you recall an appointment
that was accidentally sent versus deleting the appointment?

Thanks. If I used the Add/Remove Attendees feature, would the original
attendees still see the accidentally sent appointment?

Yes, they would. You've already sent it. It's out of your hands. At best, they'd see a cancellation and get very confused or frustrated. Maybe it's best to pick up the phone or send a separate message explaining what you've done and want to undo.
