Sorry for any cross-post, but in Outlook 2003, can you recall an appointment that was accidentally sent versus deleting the appointment? Thanks for any and all help! Yes, they would. You've already sent it. It's out of your hands. At best, they'd see a cancellation and get very confused or frustrated. Maybe it's best to pick up the phone or send a separate message explaining what you've done and want to undo.
