how do I set up appt recurring several times/day for several days

I need to set up reminders to do something every 2 hours and I need this for
several days. Is there some sort of "copy and paste" I can do, rather than
manually imputting the reminder every two hours on every day?

This would be better handled by a third party solution, many of them free
