when i expand the todo bar in outlook to take a quick look.
i have to move the mouse to the hide button, else i close it.

i would like to see those buttons switched so you don't have to move the
mouse to open and hide the todobar quickly.

This is for Outlook 2007? (You didn't say.) If so, the best way to provide feedback is with the Send a Smile/Frown tool from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=A2E1F4E2-BC0F-4403-B09F
-7A677D55F274
. This tool will transmit your comments and a screenshot back to Microsoft.
