I wouold like to make my Outlook Calendar folder smaller than 10MB, since there is a size restriction in my company of 35MB for all Outllook folders.  I also have many folders are already personal and independent of the 35MB limit.

Hello,

Have you tried using Auto Archive feature? This lets you archive calendar
as well. This way you'll be able to reduce the calendar size

thanks.
