I would like to see all birthdays at one glance

Using the MS Outlook, I would like to see all the birthdays (only) in one
glance. Any clues as how I can do that?

You could add the Birthday column in the Contacts folder.  First use a table
view such as Phone List.  Then use the Field Chooser to find Birthday field
and drag it onto the table beside the existing fields.  Turn the Advanced
toolbar on and these steps are much easier!
