The CEO of our company uses Outlook from Office XP. He uses the calendar
feature to schedule just about everything, the problem is that the
appointments no longer are there after lets say 6 months. How do I keep the
appointments as a history and not have outlook delete them?

Thanks

Ron T.

If you look at the Properties dialog for his Calendar folder, you'll see what the AutoArchive settings are -- how long items are retained and where the archive .pst file is located, so you can find the old items. That's where you can turn archiving off for that folder.
