We have a few differing versions of outlook on our network (very anoying)
and on some of them the apointments on the caledars have clocks showing for
every apointment. I understand you can remove them one apointment at a time
(which is very time consuming).
Is there a way to remove all of them at once?

What happens when you right-click the body of the calendar, choose Other
Settings,. and uncheck the "Show time as clocks" boxes?

I recently reformatted my computer and after installing Office 2003 and
Outlook, my calendar was fine.  However, later in the day, clocks appeared on
my calendar, with the time extending into the following day.  I clicked on
'Other Settings' and the clocks were not checked. I unchecked what was
checked and the clocks are still there.  Any other suggestions?  Thanks.
