Not true. AutoPreview can apply to all types of items.
As I mentioned in my earlier message, the Calendar folder has a built-in Day/Week/Month with AutoPreview view. It shows AutoPreview in Day mode.

Well, I don't have it as an option under "view" in day, week, or in month
mode. Nothing is automatically previewed.... How can I enable it with no
option for it under "View" ?

Maybe this will help. I've taken a screenshot of my calendar with the "View"
selection open. It is in Day view, and u can see that there is no option for
"autopreview". The indormation in the actual appointment was all enetered in
the "subject" and "location" lines not the details or notes box.
