Outlook Web Access exporting?

Is there any way to export calendar information from Outlook's Web Access
program? Or will I have to actually be in the regular Outlook on my work
computer to export the info (ie: in csv file format).

Your analysis is correct. OWA, as a browser-based application, has no export capability. Outlook does.
