I have previously posted this topic on this forum with no responses. I
am a business consultant and really need to resolve this issue so any
assistance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Outlook 2003 (personal)

I have recently started to get an error  'Cannot start reminder
services'.......when I launch Outlook. I have read just about every
thread on every forum I can find and have followed instructions -
scans, switches, pst duplications and the like to no avail.

Today I noticed that all appointments (old and new) are not displayed
in calendar view, I can see them in Catagory view - however the start
and end times are blank.

When I sync with my pocket pc (Imate Jamin - Windows mobile 5.0) the
appointments are transfered to pocket pc correctly ie: the start and
end times are right so these fields must exist in Outlook db -
they're  just not displaying in calendar view

Any assistance/suggestions greatly appreciated

Assuming you've tried everything else, you could try exporting your
mail store to a pst file, create a new outlook profile and import the
archive into the new mail store.

Or try exporting just your calendar to an archive - you might find
exporting it to a non pst file type removes any corruptions in the
calendar.
