Combining calendars in Outlook 2003?

My exec. uses Outlook 2003 and has a calendar in his regular mailbox for
work-related appointments and a calendar under Personal Folders for personal
items.  Is there a way of combining both calendars into one, so he doesn't
have to switch back and forth?  Then if one can combine the calendars, how
can we separate them again?

As always, any assistance is appreciated.

Combining is easy, just drag them from one calendar to the second (if you
want to copy rather than move hold down the shift key as you drag).
Separating them again later is more of a problem.  The only way I can think
of separating them is if you add a category to every calendar item in one of
the calendars before you move/copy.

Why do you want to separate them anyway?
