I am a delegate for many Managers.  I receive all of their meeting requests
and replies and it's filling up my inbox.  Is there a way to avoid receiving
this?

Thanks!

Yes, they have to go in Outlook > Options > Delegates > Your account
permissions > and uncheck "Delegate receives copies of meeting related
messages sent to me".

On this same topic...

I have two managers that WANT me to receive all their meeting requests as
they don't want it filling up their inbox. I feel your pain, it is awful but
I don't have a choice.

So, my question is... am I then responsible to accept or reject these? Can I
delete them without ramification? I notice that if I do nothing they often
appear on their calendars anyway as tentative. Sometimes however, they do not
get on their calendars at all and I have not been able to figure what
triggers that.

Your help would be appreciated on how to work around this and make life
easier all around.

Thanks, Monica

Please do not piggy-back on another person's thread.  It makes it difficult to reply to the OP as answers are interpreted by the wrong reader.

Start your own thread and state your problem, outlook version, and expected behavior.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.  All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

You did not answer the question I had. I already am a delegate. Please read
the entire post and see my question again. Thank you for replying so promptly
but that did not answer my question.
