How can I have outlook start up when I turn on my computer

I am trying to have outlook automatically start up when I turn on my
computer, at least the calendar...........PLEASE HELP...

Put a shortcut to outlook.exe in your startup folder and ensure you have
Outlook set to open to your calendar (Tools->Options->Other->Advanced -
startup in this folder)
