I would like to Publish Outlook Calendar to a web page, so that when a user
is using it and wants to make a change he/she changes the calendar then
publishes it on the web.
The reasoning and mabey there is a better program or way.
Contractors installing things into a house, they need to check from the web
their calendars, owner wants a common website to allow them to view and make
changes to the calendar. Is this a good solution or is there better?

See http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/olpubcal.htm for ways to do this.
