Our admin often needs to schedule meetings that include a non-employee board
member who is NOT on our network. Is there a way for him to publicly share
his Outlook Calendar info to "outsiders"? She doesn't need to edit his
calendar, just view to check his availability before she sends out a meeting
invite. I know you can publish to a web page, but she would need to make sure
this info is always "real time". I found a 3rd party solution online,
ShareCalendar (formerly Calendar4Outlook), but wanted to see if there was a
better solution available.

Hi sumatradc,
for a list of 3rd party calendar tools have a look on this site:
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm
Another idea (if you would have time to wait for 6 weeks) could be our
"Public Web PST". We develop a web access to an Outlook PST file, so you can
share all your items in Outlook over the web. This is a live, real time
connection to a central stored Outlook PST file. Maybe this could be a
solution, but this "Beta" is since last weekend only available in german
language.
At first I prefer to check the slipstick website.
