Can Outlook 2003 calendar be used for more than one person?

I work for a small medical office and would like to use outlook calendar for
3 therapists.  Is this possible?

3 users on one computer with the same items?

Yes. How to share Outlook on one machine:

If you have 3 computers you will need Exchange Server
