Reminder problems

I have a user that was having problems syncing his smart phone. He had a
bunch of reminders up that he snoozed, then rebooted his pc. When he logged
back in, he was able to sync his phone but now he gets no reminders. None of
the settings in Outlook changed.

Hi Rob,

try to start Outlook with the parameter "/CleanReminders"
