i created an excel file with"start date" and "subject". I put in the calendar
info. I tried importing it to outlook 2003, and i get an error. it tells me
the file has no named ranges. It then says to use the excel file to name the
range of data i want to import. But i don't know where i have to do that or
how. any help please and thank you

Open the Excel file.
Select all the data you want to import.
Choose Insert | Name | Define.
Give the range a name.
Save the file.
Import again.
