I have  a Meeting Request I mail out repeatedly.  The Request includes a Word
doc attachment.  When I save the meeting request, it notes the word document
name in chevrons <<MyFile.doc>> but does not save the attachment with the
request.  How can I achieve that?  Thank you for your assitance.

Save the meeting request in the .msg format.
