How Can I change the Default Calendar in Outlook2k3?

I have a client who is using Outlook2k3 in a SBS2K domain, is there a way to
change her default calendar to the company wide calendar not the personel one
that is the default.

No, the user's default calendar is always the Calendar folder in the user's default information store.
