When I enter a time in my handheld device (Blackberry 7100i) in Calendar mode
and then synchronize to Outlook's calendar, the time is 1 hour earlier in
Outlook than what I entered in my handheld.  Both the handheld and Outlook
are setup on the same time zone. ?? Thanks!!

A DST setting disagrees, perhaps.
