I am experiencing same problem.
Here is the scenario, all using outlook 2003.
{Machine A - personal Desktop PC
Party B my wifes laptop PC;
Party C is my work PC}:

1) From Machine A, I create and send to Party Band Party C a meeting
invivation.
Party B receives the meeting inviation e-mail in the outlook inbox.
Now, when I check the "send" box, it shows it as sent box.

2) Now Party C, my work outlook account, never receives any e-mail about the
meeting schedule.  I've checked junk folder.

This is very odd.  Any suggestions?
