I would like to link a work-related sharepoint calendar to my outlook 2002
(XP) calendar.  My research indicates that outlook 2002 doesn't support
sharepoint linking.  However, outlook 2003 does allow this linking to take
place.  Would like to see a patch developed to allow this feature with
outlook 2002 users.

It's not going to happen. Mainstream support has ended for Outlook 2002.
