Reminders not working in Outlook 2003

Our organization recently upgraded to Exchange 2003 and clients have been
upgraded to Outlook 2003. Some users reporting that their reminders are not
working now. Any suggestions. Thank you.

Start Outlook one time with the /cleanreminders switch.  F1 help in Outlook
gives you a complete overview.
