Having trouble with calendar reminders

When I open Outlook 2003, I get the following message:

"There was a problem reading one or more of your reminders.  Some reminders
may not appear.  Cannot locate recurrence information for this appointment."

I have recently upgraded from Outlook 2000 and am using the 2000 pst file.
Also, I am hot syncing using palm o/s.

Anyone have a tip?

Hi phf,

try to start Outlook with a parameter "/CleanReminders"

OK, well that worked...sort of.

On the first run through it brought up all of the reminders that hadn't gone
off in since the error message came up.  But immediately after that, the same
error message ran.  I closed down Outlook and ran with the same parameter and
now get the error message twice.

Hi phf,

do you have any addins installed?

Please have a look under Tools/Options/Further/Further Options/Addin Manager
and COM Addins.

Please deactivate all not default addins like Internet Email, or Exchange
Server extensions.

you could try also the parameter:

/cleansniff this will delete duplicate reminders.

maybe if you use "Free Busy times" try this parameter:

/CleanFreeBusy

the hardest parameter is:

/firstrun  this wil start Outlook like after the first installation.

I hope it helps.
