Hi all, I had a problem where a user could not print an appointment from another users callendar. We solved it by upgrading both machines to the newest service packs. Machine 1: XP Pro SP2, Office 2003 SP1 Machine 2: XP Pro SP1, Office 2003 No SP Odd, But happens. Cya I suspected your another user did not grant the "read" rights of task items.
