We utilize a shared Outlook 2003 calendar to schedule deliveries.
There is a single calendar for three drivers. Is there a way to limit
the number of concurrent appointments that are scheduled for a given
time period? This would prevent overbooking deliveries/drivers.
Thanks in advance,
Jim
No, Outlook doesn't have a way to do that. You might check the tools at http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/skedresource.htm#tools
