In the Month view of Calendar, normally users see one
month with a white background, the next month with a gray
background, and so on.  My understanding is that these
colors are not user-changeable.  However, I have a user
who sees all months with a white background with no
differentiation between months.  Anybody know a fix for
this?

You might try poking around the Windows color settings and see if you can
find the solution there.  Many Outlook colors come from Windows' settings.
