Disappearing Appointments...

The firm I work for is using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003.  In one of our
office locations they use a public calendar to docket case filings, etc...
and there could be up to 20 entries or more on one day.  On one computer you
may only be able to see some of the appointments and then on another machine
you can see all.

Any suggestions on what is happening or how to fix?

Look for filters or modified views on the PC not showing everything.
