Shared subfolders cannot be viewed by others

I have created a subfolder called Meeting Room. First I shared it by putting
in individual names. Then by changing the default to view. When I go to
anothers mailbox to view it I get an error. Unable to display the calendar
folder cannot be found. The calendar is setup in my mailbox.

You have to grant others permission to see that folder.

Brian,
I granted permissions when you right click on the calendar goto the
permission tab. It seems to work for the calendar the default calendar but
not for any calendars that were created after Outlook was setup. What am I
missing? Your help is appreciated.

To allow access to a shared folder that isn't one of the folders listed on
the File | Open | Other User's Folder dialog, the Exchange mailbox owner
needs to grant "folder visible" permission to the root of the mailbox and
any other parent folders of the shared folder, as well as appropriate
permission -- at least Reviewer -- on the shared folder itself.

The user who needs access then goes into Tools | E-mail Accounts or Tools |
Services (depending on the Outlook version), brings up the properties for
the Exchange Server service, and on the Advanced tab, adds the mailbox.
