I have to set up weekly staff meetings for the next year in Outlook 2003 and
no one conference room is available for the same day and time each week. I
would like to avoid sending out separate meeting requests to everyone for
each room that needs booking....Is there a way to have one meeting request
incorporate different rooms on different days?
