I would like to delete all Calendar entries prior to 2006. Is there a way of
doing that without having to delete each and every entry manually?

MS Office Outlook 2003 (SP2) by the way

Many thanks
Tanja

Yes. You can try using Autoarchive or do it manually:

Change to the By Category View.  The sort by Date and select the ones you
want to delete.

Change your view using the VIEW menu
Change it to "By Category"
Then you will be able to sort by date
