MS Office Forum / Outlook / Calendaring / August 2006Cannot reschedule an occurrence of the recurring appointment
Hi - I accepted a recurring appointment from a collegue. I need to decline one occurrence (something I've done many times before) but when I try I get the following message. "Cannot reschedule an occurrence of the recurring appointment "Germany: Status Call" if it skips over a later occurrence of the same appointment." The same happens if I try to delete an occurrence. I can see nothing amiss with the appointment which shows.... Occurs every 2 week(s) on Friday effective 25/08/2006 until 29/12/2006 from 13:00 to 14:30 GMT +0100 (Standard) / GMT +0200 (Daylight).
