I am trying to create a clendar that has some of the same information, much
is for the general public along with personal info.  I do not want the
private appointments to print, it takes up too much space.  I work at a
church and there is much going on each day.  Any ideas would be greatly
appreciated.  Thank you

Mark the private appointments as private, then filter the view to suppress
private appointments prior to printing..
