Save Calendar as Web Page

I have Outlook 2003 and I am trying to save my calendar as a web page. This
works if I saved it on my hard drive (locally). However, if I try to save it
to my web site or my FTP site it just says operation failed.

I actually have a 3 calendar in Outlook and would be nice to save all as a
web page.

Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Running Windows XP Home Edition.
