Whenever there is a scheduling conflict while scheduling a recurring meeting,
it is cumbersome & time consuming to scroll across for the duration of the
recurring period to see what the conflict is.  It would help if there is a
way to view a Summary of a given Resource’s conflicting or overlapping
schedules.  Is this available in Exchange 2000/w Office 2003.  Also is the
feature available in Exchange 2003 ENT?

No, but Exchange 2007 will provide that feature.
