If I add a meeting in calendar say from 12pm - 1:20pm. Outlook only can set
the time to 1:30pm. Anyone know is there a way to do what I want?

Thanks,

Jeffrey

Sure.  Click in the field and enter the time you want.  You don't have to
choose exactly what's in the drop-down.
