I would like to have the right-pane details expanded in the webpage layout.  
Is there an easy way to turn on this feature.  Right now, you have to go over
to the right pane and click on the arrow before the event to get the details.
Alot of people unfortunately overlook the info as I do not see it.

No, Outlook's calendar web publishing feature doesn't have any hidden options. WHat you see is what there is.
