Can I edit & manage my boss' personal calendar w/o a server?

What program will allow me to manage my boss' calendar (his personal folder
calendar/realtime/on his computer used with palm pilot)? I need to make his
appts, change times, etc. almost hourly so sync time is a factor.

Please just send me program names - not a link to a site.
