How do I set the default Outlook event type NOT to be an all day event?

How are you opening the event?  Double clicking on a day to create an even
will always create an all-day event.  Clicking New>Appointment (or whatever
event type you want) will not.  Highlighting the time slot you want first,
then clicking New will create a new event with that time slot filled in.
