Can anyone point me to a tutorial on how to use "My Outlook Calendar"?  I'm
trying to print multiple people's calendars onto ONE printoff, I got the
following off another website:

Customizable Word template for generating and printing Outlook weekly and
monthly calendars. Print any Outlook calendar that you have access to,
including calendars from other users' mailboxes and Public Folders. Add color
coding by category or by type of item (one-day event, multiple-day event,
etc.) Specify time and date formats and the title for the calendar. Freeware,
121kb, 17 Oct 2000. Available in versions for Office 2000 version (may work
with Office 2002 as well) and Office 97/Outlook 98.

So, I downloaded it but can't figour out how to make this work....?

I think you'll have to merge all the calendars into a single one in order to
see all the entries on one printout.

Thanks Brian.  That is what I'm afraid of but they need to be kept separate
as well.  Do you happen to know a quick way to merge them without doing them
manually and still keep them intact separately?

There may be commercial tools that can perform the merges, but it's not too
difficult manually.  Create another calendar folder, display each source
calendar in a table view, press CTRL-A to select all items, then click
Edit>Copy to Folder, specifying the new calendar as the destination to copy
all the items.  When finished, you can print that calendar, then wipe it
clean for the next time.

There may still be issues of being able to print.  If there are too many
appointments on a single day, they won't all show up because there won't be
enough room on the paper to hold them all.  There'll be a "More Items..."
entry at the bottom of the date when there are too many to show.
