how to work with schedules

The one big problem I have with Outlook is the following. I have a week plan
for my work as teacher. So I can put all hours in outlook and repeat till end
of year. There are 65 entries each week. But after a few weeks some will
change and then the problems starts. I want to change the entry FROM that
time on. The past should stay as it is as my history.
In other programs, when changing an entry, the question pops up: Do you want
is for just this one (if just one lesson changes, or from now on When the
schedules changes, or only the past (in case of typos ?) )
In outlook i need to change the enddat of the recurrnce to last week and
then enter a new series recurring. This takes so long that it is more
convenient to use thether program, delete all from now in outlook and import
the future again from the other program. I mean more convenient, but not easy.

Any ideas? If I just could make a copy of last week and paste it into a new
week I would be helped greatly.

Thx in advance

Regards,

Willie

Instead of using recurrences, you might want to use individual items and copy them from week to week. Copying isn't that hard: Select the items in the day/week/month view, then hold down the Ctrl key as you drag them.
