Hi,

Just set shared calendar (Using Exchange from SBS 2003 and outlook
2003).

All works well in that I can see from a single shared calendar all the
appointments from all the users who have entered their appoinments.

However I can't seem to find a way that shows me which user booked
which appointment.

Questions:

Can this be done with a single shared calendar.

If I change them to use individual "Shared" calendars - would it be
possible to summarize them into one view - showing all the appointments
and the user that made them.

Is it possible to generate a weekly report from 1 or 2 above
summarizing allthe appointments by day and user.

Many thanks in advance for your assistance.

Best wishes.

James.

Add the organizer field to the view. You can select the appointments in
table view and paste into notepad or Excel to work with the data.
